Terms of Service

1. The Service

Prospecto helps users find local businesses by type and city and generates suggested cold-outreach opening lines. The Service draws only on public business listing information (such as business name, phone, website, rating, and review count). It does not provide personal profiles or data about private individuals.

2. Purchases, subscriptions, billing & payments

• The Plan Pro is offered as a recurring subscription at $19 USD per month (USD), billed monthly until cancelled. It includes up to 50 complete prospects per day under a fair-use allowance. The allowance resets daily. The subscription automatically renews each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
• The Paquete Ciudad is a one-time purchase at $12 USD (USD). It never renews. It grants up to 100 complete prospects of a single business type and city (fixed by the first search you run with the pack), usable across a limited number of searches for 30 days from purchase.
• Both purchases are covered by our unconditional 30-day money-back guarantee: if the Service does not work for you within 30 days of purchase, contact us and we will refund 100% of your payment.
• Payments are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record (the authorized reseller) for purchases of the Service. Paddle handles billing, payment, and applicable taxes. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle’s Buyer Terms.
• Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service lawfully and responsibly. You are solely responsible for how you use any data or outreach content the Service provides, including compliance with all applicable laws governing marketing and electronic communications (for example anti-spam, telemarketing, and data-protection rules such as CAN-SPAM, CASL, or the GDPR). You agree not to:

• use the Service for unlawful, deceptive, or harassing communications;
• resell, scrape, or redistribute the Service or its output in violation of these terms or third-party terms;
• attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.

4. AI-generated content

Outreach openers are generated automatically and may be inaccurate or generic. You are responsible for reviewing and editing any content before you send it. Prospecto makes no guarantee of results, replies, or sales.

5. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PANAVANTI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the three months preceding the claim.

6. Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above; continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.
