This policy explains what information Prospecto, operated by PANAVANTI, collects, how we use it, and the third parties involved. We aim to collect as little as possible.

1. Information we collect

  • Search inputs: the business type and city you enter, used to return results. Your most recent search is stored in your browser (local storage) only to restore it after checkout.
  • Billing information: when you subscribe, your payment details are collected and processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. We do not receive or store your full card details. Paddle shares with us limited transaction data (such as your email and subscription status) needed to provide the Service.
  • Usage analytics: we use Vercel Web Analytics, which collects aggregated, privacy-friendly usage data (such as page views and anonymized events). It does not use tracking cookies to identify you.
  • Unlock cookie: after a successful subscription we set a single signed, httpOnly cookie so your browser can access the full results. It is functional, not advertising-related.

2. How we use information

  • to operate the Service and return your search results;
  • to process subscriptions and grant paid access;
  • to understand aggregate usage and improve the product;
  • to respond to support requests.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Service providers we share data with

  • Paddle — payments, billing, and tax (Merchant of Record).
  • Vercel — hosting and privacy-friendly analytics.
  • Apify — retrieves public business listing data for your searches.
  • Anthropic (Claude) — generates the outreach openers from the business details of your search results.

The business listings shown are public information about businesses, not personal data about private individuals.

4. Data retention

We retain transaction records as required for accounting and legal compliance. Search inputs are not stored on our servers beyond the time needed to return results. Analytics data is aggregated.

5. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you, or to object to certain processing. To make a request, email us at the address below. For billing data held by Paddle, you can also contact Paddle directly.
