Every purchase of Prospecto, both the one-time Paquete Ciudad and the Plan Pro subscription, is covered by an unconditional 30-day money-back guarantee. If the Service does not work for you within 30 days of purchase, contact us and we will refund 100% of your payment. No conditions, no questions.

Refunds

Refunds are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, in accordance with the Paddle Refund Policy.

Cancelling your subscription

The Plan Pro subscription is billed monthly and renews automatically. You can cancel at any time to stop future renewals. The Paquete Ciudad is a one-time purchase and never renews, so there is nothing to cancel.
